PCMTuner Read and Write PSA EDC17C60 by Service Mode

Is working with PSA Peugeot Citroen EDC17C60 in service mode? Will PCMtuner kill it through service mode? It will not finish ECU. EDC17c60 works fine after manual change tprot. You must disable Tport manually. Our customers have made a few on the bench and no problem. Just had to turn off tprot with hex or OLS. If Tport is not disabled manually, Auto will not start after Write Flash.

Here’s why: This is a known issue of the original pcmflash v1.20. PCMTuner 1.20 doesn’t know how to bypass PSA protection at the moment. pcmflash 1.21 fixes the issue with patch. Apparently with the current version you have to manually edit the otp area before writing. You need to edit tprot off manually.

Instruction about Reading and Writing on Volvo GPT vehicles with KTAG ECU Programmer.

  This is a Ktag help file used for Volvo Bosch EDC17 on GPT vehicles.   To use this protocol of communication you have to remove and open the ECU.
